In the Navy Seal BUDs class, instructors are unfairly criticizing the students to see who was determined to stay, despite being told they were failures. Who had the mental toughness? Instructors would sneak into cadets rooms and vandalize them to see who could handle unfairness, that much of a setback, can they take injustice? "And you still come back with your jaw set, still determined, swearing to God you will never quit?" p.102 2007 paperback edition.
That's the mental toughness and determination needed to be the best of the best in our military services.
